when will the date of nov'13 CA final exam wil come...and plz let me know if it has been announced already...i need it desperately...plz help guyz...its very urgent for me...

Is the filing of 23B form compulsory for an auditor of a newly incorporated company .i.e. the first auditor also appointed by Board of Directors?

Since, in the circular which mandated the compulsory filing of form 23b, its stated that 23b form should be filed by an auditor appointed in the AGM, I m confused whether its compulsory for first auditor of the company because he was not appointed in an AGM.

If its not mandatory, then what will we fill in 23AC form for that period in the column of SRN of 23B?

1. I am graduate in Arts & is it mandatory to have postal tuition of foundation program because i never read subjects of foundation prog.

2. I have 2011 series of books and now syllabus has changed.What i have to do.I had taken admission in may 2012.

3. I want to appear in First module in Dec, pls tell me that is it mandatory to have seven days classes & computer coaching for appear in module I only or can i complete classes & computer coaching after first module.

I am a student under direct entry scheme and i am registered for articleship in sep 2012 and my exams will due on nov. 2013. I have completed ITT and Oreintation Programme but due to shortage of time i am not able to complete GMCS1 in my first year of article traning. Will i complete it after my nov 2013 ipcc exams.
