Q1)Whether All Fixed Assets are Depreciable Assets?
Q2)When Goodwill is shown under head "Fixed Asset and when shown under head "Miscellaneous Expenditure" ?
Please guide me for above two question.

1.No, not all the fixed asset depreciable asset. appreciable assets also is there,ex: land
2. Goodwill need to be shown under fixed asset only

Goodwill can be depreciated vide Delhi high court decision dated 14/01/2011 in the case of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverage Pvt ltd.
