10 June 2013 respected sir,

I am a registered ipcc student and i have not passed a group till now.I have cleared my degree exams. I want to get into the article training through the direct entry scheme. Please tell me the procedure for the conversion and also please let me know the last date for such conversion. Thanks in advance.
