10 June 2013 can anyone take transfer from articleship with mutual consent from the principal after 1 year. and principal agree to do so

10 June 2013 Not possible after 1 year of article ship

you need to take prior approval of ICAI,

10 June 2013 means i have to send Application to icai. before signing form 109, and if they are agree thsn we can do so and tell me one more thing that in application it is mandatory to give reason for transfer

there are some specified grounds which are eligible for transfer

1)you need to obtain prior approval of icai before sending form 109 to icai..

2)once you received icai approval you can take transfer by form 109 and later you can join with other employer
