Our company is one of the registered IT company, currently 13 employees are working, now I want to know whether we want to register with ESI and EPF?. Please tell elaborately what is the procedure and applicablity to register with ESI and EPF?

I have filed nil return for all the 4 quaters for one of my client now i want to revise the 4 quater return, but while downloading the conso file and making the required entry , the file has shows the validation error as deductee serial no not inputted.
Can any one help me to sort out this query

IF CHALLAN OF ONE PERSON HAS BEEN DEPOSITED BY MISTAKE FROM ANOTHER PERSON'S ACCOUNT,WHAT COULD BE DONE FOR RECTIFYING IT AT OUR OWN LEVEL??

i want to ask that if some one doing his articleship after passing ipcc group 1 and he has not completed his articleship and if he want to join a government job. can he continue his articleship or he has to drop his c.a course.

I want to register for my articlship as soon as my results of IPCC Group 1 will be out in early as possible.

I also want to register for ITT for which the batch commences on 20th aug. I want to ask will there be any problem in articleship due to such ITT batch.

Secondly I wan to ask which is the last date for registering for articleship so that my final attempt would not be delayed.

In my Ca firm an article has withdrawn/quit from ca course due to some family problem and she has completed more than 1 year of training in our firm . Now we are getting problem in her transfer as institute is stating that she does not satisfy the transfer criteria.

please suggest any procedure/reason so that she can get unregistered from the principal chatered accountant.

i have sent to icai 103 102 forms and orintation and itt certifcates for registarion in form 103 i have missed to sign in one place icai have sent letter to me to fill that singn and to return 103 now i have to sign in xerox paper or the original which i had,that i have to sent to them ?

is it is safe to sent again original and left with out original copy with me

I want to take leave from this August for my studies for IPCC . In between(September) i will be getting GMCS-I .
Can i Claim my attendance in this 15 days which i used for GMCS. will it be considered as holiday or not.

sir my principal is not giving transfer to me.as he is saying that at time of articleship admission he has said to me that he will not give me transfer and i agreed.but now i want transfer as the agreement happened was orally.he does not have any written proof.and now he is also herassing me.and i ve not comnpleted my 1st year of articleship aso please tell me about the complain against him if i can.
