I entered through direct entry scheme.
I want to take leave from this August for my studies for IPCC . In between(September) i will be getting GMCS-I .
Can i Claim my attendance in this 15 days which i used for GMCS. will it be considered as holiday or not.

sir my principal is not giving transfer to me.as he is saying that at time of articleship admission he has said to me that he will not give me transfer and i agreed.but now i want transfer as the agreement happened was orally.he does not have any written proof.and now he is also herassing me.and i ve not comnpleted my 1st year of articleship aso please tell me about the complain against him if i can.

in the form 112 it is mention to have college seal and signature of the principal and stamp of college as i m doin CS course which documents should i submit beside dis seal or signature or stamp as it is difficult to take d same...

I registered for cs executive course on 24th may 2012 and given my cs executive examination on June 2013 and my article ship for CA started from 19th march 2013. the problem is when i have to submit FORM 112 and from which date the 30 days would be counted... and if i m late then what should i write on condonation letter..

I Anisha Gangeria, I am a BCAF (Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance) and I have started with IPCC. I am willing to do some expert course during my articles time but I am confuse between CFA and CFP. I don't want to neglect my articles so want a course that would appreciate my qualification and also that can be done in 2 years time.
Please advice.

can anyone please tell me good university for PHd( finance or management) after CA, via correspondence mode?
