please Suggest Companies Act 2012 is Applicable to Nov-13 or not.

So it will not be applicable

ICAI already notified applicable ammendments for nov 2013

It is not a Companies Act, 2012 but it is a Companies Bill, 2012.

After approval of President of India,it becomes an Act. So wait and watch for becoming an Act.
