The Institute will issue a Notification on the applicability of all changes for Nov, 2015 in future accordingly.

I will suggest you to wait and watch for GST applicability.

16 June 2013 We cannot estimate GST applicability IN 2015,Which will be notified by icai on timely basis

Please refer till today icai has provided amendments which will be applicable for nov 2013 exams
