I am doing CA article-ship after completed IPCC. now i want to register for CS. so can i join directly in CS-executives ? and Is it mandatory to do such practical training again for CS ? if yes, then what is the period ?

sir i have given my ipce xams in the may attempt 2013,my resuts are approaching and i am going very confused dur to articleship tension.
i dont know how to apply for articleship and also which type of firms should i approach for my articlship

i have started my articleship from 15/03/2013 but ICAI has send me letter about my pending registration due to my principle's job verification certificate and also said to submit form 103.

May i know by what time my registration of articleshp will be started as till today my registration is pending.

I am a MBA Finance graduate having 3 years of work experience in MNC in general accounting.

Can i claim exemption for undergoing 15 months training in CS in order to appear for final programme?

As per criteria given by ICSI working experience as assistant for 1 year or mare is eligible for exemption under SIP so CA article assistance fits into that criteria or not I mean experience of article assistance will be consider for exemption under SIP or not and second thing is that from ICSI's help desk person told me to attach only certificate of orientation for exemption which I did under CA even though it is not there in criteria of ICSI.

Currently I am pursuing CA and my regular BCOM...
Can I go for some other professional coerce at a same time with prior permission of ICAI???

i have filled e form 1A for name availability which requires re-submission due to trademark issue than what should i do if i want to incorporate the company with the same name and when i have checked then there are lost of trademark with the same name and related business.

or

can I print the same matter in a seperate Non judicial Stamp paper?
