Could you plz tell me what does TDS means and how it works.. I m getting lot of confusions on it can any1 clear it.

who are the eligibal students to get scolerships announced by icai.

in form no 102&103 articals registration date 05/03/2013.sir ihave received the acknowledgement letter of articals registration on 07/05/2013.now if i sent final registration application from which date they consider for articalship registration.

maine 15 march,2013 ko articleship ka registration karaya tha, aur maine 22 may,2013 ko transfer le liya tha, aur mera ca final ka attempt november 2015 ka due ho gaya tha.

Agar suppose main 10 july, 2013 se kahin dusri jagah articleship karta hu to mera final ka attempt kab padega.

And me chahta hu ki mera attempt delay nahi ho, to uske liye mujhe kya karna padega.
main kitni back date se sign kara sakta hu form and meri date of stamp paper 8 july 2013 hai.

Plz Plz Plz tell me......i m very confuse about this...plz solve my problem.as soon as possible...

In case of centralized registration how does one fill service tax return? whether one is required to put details in consolidation or we are still required to show details separately for different branches included in centralized registration? m asking this because when we start to fill the return for centralised registration it contains list of all the premises which are registered and out of that we have to select one..

i have completed my mba finance in last year now i have to study for CA. so please guide me the ragistration process and fees structure of IPCC course and can i do self study for IPCC?

My 2 years is completing on 23rd august 2013. Im going to join industrial training the next day itself. Currently have taken 206 days holidays i.e. 50 extra days on extension, plus additional 3 month leave for my ca final exams. Can this total of 50days + 3 months leaves be served with my future industrial company?

I would like to join for IPCC course under Direct entry route.Regarding the documents required I have a query.
The Bcom provisional certificate has not yet been issued by the
University. So is it valid if I send the Bcom Marklist downloaded from
internet and attested by a CA for IPCC Direct entry ?

Can I get admission or registration through that way ?

MY PRINCIPAL IS OF OPINION THAT SUNDAYS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION FOR CALCULATION OF TOTAL PERIOD SERVED BY THE TRAINEE ie. LEAVE TAKEN & SUNDAYS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM PERIOD OF ARTICLESHIP AND THEN 1/6 SHULD BE DONE
SUPPOSE MY LEAVE IS 160 DAYS
BECAUSE OF SUNDAYS THERE IS 20-30 DAYS EXCESS ACCORDING TO MY CALCULATION

SO PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ICAI LINK THAT CLEARLY STATES SUNDAYS ARE ALLOWED AS HOLIDAY WHILE CALCULATION OF PERIOD SERVED BY THE ARTICLE

I am in industrial training for 10 months.

I have got a extension of 15 days.

Now i should serve this extension at my industrial training place or at a new CAs office ??
