Exemption under sip(cs executive)

As per criteria given by ICSI working experience as assistant for 1 year or mare is eligible for exemption under SIP so CA article assistance fits into that criteria or not I mean experience of article assistance will be consider for exemption under SIP or not and second thing is that from ICSI's help desk person told me to attach only certificate of orientation for exemption which I did under CA even though it is not there in criteria of ICSI.

The candidates fulfilling the following criteria may apply in the prescribed format for the exemption from undergoing SIP:
Candidates possessing professional qualification e.g CA, CWA,LL.B, BE/B.Tech/B.Arch, MBBS, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Businesses Administration/ Management, MCA or any other qualification as
approved by the Council from time to time.

I think, on the basis of one year experience, you can not get exemption in SIP. If the Institute official said that give such certificate, then ask again the same for getting exemption on experience basis.
And get the mail from them.

Thank you sir, Truly speaking sir all time all institute's people used to give different answers their administrative department is also not good 2 days before I send one mail but I got failure notice nor even they are receiving phone call, one of member of Institute kindly told me that u apply for exemption then let it depend on them whether they accept it or reject but as I said their administrative department is not so well if now they not reply me so I will assume that they granted me exemption and if later on if they will arise any query then it will make problem so what u suggest me on that matter.
