As you will be aware that the new companies bill has been passed by the Rajya Sabha and the entire Companies Act,1956 has been revamped, I want to know how this will affect the December 2013 exams.

The ICSI has not issued any notification regarding the applicability of the new companies bill for December 2013 exams.

Kindly inform how to start preparing for the December exams.

Please let me know in how much days i got confirmation of conversion in IPCC to IPC.

Is it necessary to start articleship immediately after conversion or any specified period here for it.

Hi all,
I'm in the scheme CPT-IPCC-Final.
I started my articles on 11th April 2011.
My eligibility for final exam was Nov 2013.

However i applied for transfer of my articles on 15th May 2012 and got re-registered on 9th Aug 2012. Now my articleship will get over on 6th July 2014.

Will i be eligible to appear for final exam in Nov 2013? ( Month left for Articeship completion is 8 months from 1/11/2013.)

Now i'm pursuing CA Final, i want to join CS. if i join CS executive my attempt will due on june 2014. Is there any articleship require in cs? Right now my CA artiles is running till nov 2014.

I am registered in ipcc 2009 & now i want to convert myself in direct entry scheme but i am in confusion that whether i registered myself in 2009 with article or without article,so from where i can get details of my registration.

I have taken termination from my 1st employer on 5th Feb. 2013 after completing articleship of 11 months & 21 days (i.e., from 14th Feb. 2012 to 5th Feb. 2013) till that date I had taken leave for 131 days in which there is excess leave of 94 days according to the termination letter issued by institute, now I want to know that if I join my articleship under 2nd employer from 7th Aug.2013 then what will be the tenure of my articleship & when will it be completed, also when can I appear for my 1st attempt for CA Final Exam.
Plz resolve ASAP.

I wanted to get into a big 4 for article ship but I could clear only 1st group of IPCC this may 12 dat too in the 3rd attempt... I've planned to join sm small firm now n take a transfer later to a big 4... is that possible ? Do they accept transfers ?? Plz advice me wat to do ..

Hellow sir I just passed ipcc exam in may 2013 and I proceed for articleship. But my problem is that I also studying the course of l.l.b. and I completed 1st year then I also paid the fees of 2nd year for the academic year of 2012-13. Now prinicipal of our college is refused to sign in form no.112 and as per new Cbcs system I do not require to attend the regular class of LLB Timings of LLB 7:-45 to 11:-30. So sir what can I do????? Pls help me I m really depressed....
