how many days does it take revalidate your registration for ipcc and is it neccessary to revalidate before filling the exam form

I had given transfer letter to my principle before expiry of 1st year of articleship but since i am serving notice period of 2 months the articleship period is going beyond 1 st year.

so will i require any approval from ICAI to complete my transfer procedures.

Kindly let me know the Whole Procedure at the earliest.

I am working as an accountant in one of the export houses in New Delhi.

I would like to pursue ICWAI.

My question is- The company I work for is proprietorship with turnover in excess of Rs. 10 crores.

My tenure has exceeded 3 years.

Would I be eligible for exemption from practical training.

It is almost impossible for me to leave my current job and I also want to do a professional course.

Your knowledgeable inputs would be really appreciated.

As you will be aware that the new companies bill has been passed by the Rajya Sabha and the entire Companies Act,1956 has been revamped, I want to know how this will affect the December 2013 exams.

The ICSI has not issued any notification regarding the applicability of the new companies bill for December 2013 exams.

Kindly inform how to start preparing for the December exams.

Please let me know in how much days i got confirmation of conversion in IPCC to IPC.

Is it necessary to start articleship immediately after conversion or any specified period here for it.

Hi all,
I'm in the scheme CPT-IPCC-Final.
I started my articles on 11th April 2011.
My eligibility for final exam was Nov 2013.

However i applied for transfer of my articles on 15th May 2012 and got re-registered on 9th Aug 2012. Now my articleship will get over on 6th July 2014.

Will i be eligible to appear for final exam in Nov 2013? ( Month left for Articeship completion is 8 months from 1/11/2013.)
