13 August 2013 I have taken termination from my 1st employer on 5th Feb. 2013 after completing articleship of 11 months & 21 days (i.e., from 14th Feb. 2012 to 5th Feb. 2013) till that date I had taken leave for 131 days in which there is excess leave of 94 days according to the termination letter issued by institute, now I want to know that if I join my articleship under 2nd employer from 7th Aug.2013 then what will be the tenure of my articleship & when will it be completed, also when can I appear for my 1st attempt for CA Final Exam.
Plz resolve ASAP.

13 August 2013 in CA ur eligible for 1/7 of leaves of total days worked which works out to be 156 in 3 yrs... as u have already taken 131 days leaves in just 11 month ..it is advisable not to take any further leaves ...as u have completed 11 months n 21 days u wld b required to serve remaining period of 2 years n 9 days... with 25 days leaves left with u...ur attempt will b due whn ur 6 months of articleship is left and ur leaves do not exceed the said limit...
