sir, I have completed regular B.COM Degree 2nd year bofore joining my CA aricles. I ve cleared IPCC. now iam in b.com final year. I ve my final year exams in march 2014.what will i do? shall i continue in this regular degree or discontinue it ? If I continue this b.com final year during the articles , what is the consequence? pls suggest me.

I AM PREPARING FOR CS EXECUTIVE IN DECEMBER EXAMINATION. BUT I HAVE NOT DONE MY IT TRAINING.I WANT TO ASK THAT IS IT COMPULSORY TO CLEAR THE IT TRAINING BEFORE APPEARING FOR THE EXAM OR I MAY POSTPONE IT TO AFTER MY EXECUTIVE EXAMINATION?

The ledgers are :
1) Salary - Notice period of one month Rs,5590/-

2) Gratuity (under shops & Esta.) - Gratuity paid for 3 years as basic salary is Rs.2795 total paid Rs.4194/-

3) Compensation (under Industrial dispute)-
Rs.4194/-

as i converted myself into direct entry scheme toady,is there any time limit for commencing articleship for the same or i should wait for confirmation from ICAI & after start articleship.

How many attempt is allowed in ipcc and how it counts eg. If somebody filled examination form and he didn't given exam for any reason.is it counts as attempt. Thank you

I have my exams in nov 2013 on 22.08.2013 i applied through online but instead of entering Dec 2010 as cpt completed date i entered Dec 2012 kindly help me to rectify this very urgent.

I had registered for articleship under direct entry scheme by getting a deed dated 18th cotober 2012 for three years, but before completing the ITT and orientation courses.
Because of that, my article registration was kept pending.
When I completed both the courses, it was July 21st, 2013. As per the rules my registration was came into force from 21st July, 2013.
As a result of this my 9 months (Oct-2012 to July 2013) articleship training has lapsed.
My question is whether I should submit 103 form with new deed to the institute?
If yes, tell me the detailed procedure regarding above query.

Dear sir/maam,
In May 2013 exam I had an exemption in Advance Accounting of IPC- Group II, though i forgot to claim exemption during examination form fill up. What should I do further in order to claim the exemption??
