Registration of articled training

I had registered for articleship under direct entry scheme by getting a deed dated 18th cotober 2012 for three years, but before completing the ITT and orientation courses.
Because of that, my article registration was kept pending.
When I completed both the courses, it was July 21st, 2013. As per the rules my registration was came into force from 21st July, 2013.
As a result of this my 9 months (Oct-2012 to July 2013) articleship training has lapsed.
My question is whether I should submit 103 form with new deed to the institute?
If yes, tell me the detailed procedure regarding above query.

1)Special case!!!!--recomended to take icai guidence by contact over phone or contacting nearest regional chapter of icai
2)yes,,your articleship period starts from after completing itt and orientation
3) in my opinion you are required to send form103 again with a covering letter specifying facts of your case
