Mistake in exam application

I have my exams in nov 2013 on 22.08.2013 i applied through online but instead of entering Dec 2010 as cpt completed date i entered Dec 2012 kindly help me to rectify this very urgent.

1)you better contact icai help line number ,,instead waiting for replies in caclubindia

2)i guess it will be a minor mistake and no bad impact,,,as you will send cpt passing certificate also along with exam form
