Dear everyone
Today we had done full and final settlement of for few employees in regards to this i want to know under which group following ledger have to classify and how to pass entry in Tally 9 :
The ledgers are :
1) Salary - Notice period of one month Rs,5590/-
2) Gratuity (under shops & Esta.) - Gratuity paid for 3 years as basic salary is Rs.2795 total paid Rs.4194/-
3) Compensation (under Industrial dispute)-
Rs.4194/-

this all are employee cost only. can be grouped under employee cost and create separate ledger for each head
