Hello everyone,i'm a 26 year old male from Mumbai and i have completed my graduation(B.com) from Mumbai University in 2009.I'm working in an international call center since last 5 years and i'm earning close to 40k/month.I want to change my industry because i don't see a future here in call center.I'm interested in finance and i want to do ca.I support my family so i cant leave my job.Can you please guide me as i'm really confused?

what if i apply for both inspection n certified copies.
And after how many days i will receive my certified copies.

My wife applied for change in name and address at icai cuff parade in mid july...
But while filling the exam form for nov 13 exams its still showing her old name.....

She submitted this problem at e- sahayaata portal at icai's website, but have not yet received any reply from them since 8 days...
Plz help .. what should be done in this case...

If an Indian company is using services of a USA company to get its Foreign Receipts realized into Indian Currency received from the Foreign Client in USA.

Will TDS be liable to be deducted on such commission charged by the USA based company for services provided?

If assessee(deductor) had filed his original return on time but due to some clerical mistake TDS of a deductee was not deducted and in turn not paid and hence, not shown in the respective TDS return.

But now, the assessee has paid the due TDS along with late payment interest and he wants to revise the TDS return showing this new deductee in it.

Will any penalty be imposed for this error?

I want to go for industrial training in my final year of articleship and for that institute's consent is necessary,then how much time before should i take such consent and what will be the contents of consent to be obtained from institute?
