My wife applied for change in name and address at icai cuff parade in mid july...
But while filling the exam form for nov 13 exams its still showing her old name.....
She submitted this problem at e- sahayaata portal at icai's website, but have not yet received any reply from them since 8 days...
Plz help .. what should be done in this case...

U need to meet the concerned official on 4 th floor at icai-cuffe parade and resolve the issue.
