dear i'm haresh preparing for cwa inter 2008 syllabus due to the change of syllabus i.e.,2012 syllabus do i need to follow the material of 2012 syllabus i'm confused and worring,because i already read the old syllabus [2008] now it is new for me to follow the new syallabus as one of my sir that even 2008 syllabus students should follow 2012 syallbus for exams give me reply as early as possible because exams are getting near.

Please Help its urgent, I received notice from ICAI on 2/2/2013 but could not reply then received reminder in april at that time my CA said that he will look up my case later on then I was appeared for exams of ca final in may and later on I joined gmcs classes and after that also he again said he will write condonation letter later on but not now. finally I submitted condonation letter with 1000 rupees penalty in august but when I confirmed through E-shahyeta they said my application is in process but there are 3 allegations on me 1. breach of regulation 65 2. non-compliance of regulation 3. delay in sending response of reminder...I m very scared..please remove my doubt whether they can cancel my registration of ca. I cannt reveal that the delay is all because of my ca

Is it necessary to get the costent of institute before sending form 109 and mention a specific reason supported by proof ,even with in 1 year of article ship?

yya i can give medical certificate but in that rule i have to go for termination of three month of articleship so should my attemp delay as on my attemp for final is november,14 so it should remain or should delay

A minor child has accumulated wealth of Rs. 20 Lakh over few year which he has earned by special talent, the same was held in the form of shares by his father. The share were sold in 2013-14 resulting in capital gain of Rs.15 Lakh (that means Sales consideration Rs.35 Lakh).

If plot of Land (Urban Land) is Purchase from the proceed of shares i.e. Rs.35 Lakh then will the clubbing provisions be apply as per section 4 of Wealth Tax Act,1956 to the amount of Rs.15 Lakh which was not earned by minor child but accreted to the asset i.e. shares ?

But sir if i wull give reason of medical and take termination of 3 month as per rule than can i get transfer and reregister under new principal and if i go for iut i mean under medical reason than shoul my attemp get delay pls help

Is it mandatory to purchase stamp & do franking from the place of articleship or it is ok if you are purchasing & do franking from place other than your articleship.

Hi, This is dileep. i passed ca-ipcc group-I in may 2011 and register for articles on 17/02/2012. a training period of 4 months have been served (40 days leave has been taken in that 4 months).i have taken termination on 16/06/2012. i joined in another audit firm on 10/07/2012 and served 3 months 2 days (2 days leave has been taken in that 3 months 2 days) and taken termination on 13/10/2012.I passed CA ipcc group-II in may 2012. After furnishing form 109 ,a termination letter has been received from the ICAI disclosing that i had taken an excess leave of 52 days.again i joined in another audit firm on 01/02/2013.My query is that which attempt i will be eligible for ca final examinations-november 2014 or may 2015. reply as soon as possible with reasons.
