06 September 2013 But sir if i wull give reason of medical and take termination of 3 month as per rule than can i get transfer and reregister under new principal and if i go for iut i mean under medical reason than shoul my attemp get delay pls help

If you have a medical reason then you can take transfer but for this you will produce medical certificate from govt hospital with Form-109.
