Eligibility of ca -final examinations

06 September 2013 Hi, This is dileep. i passed ca-ipcc group-I in may 2011 and register for articles on 17/02/2012. a training period of 4 months have been served (40 days leave has been taken in that 4 months).i have taken termination on 16/06/2012. i joined in another audit firm on 10/07/2012 and served 3 months 2 days (2 days leave has been taken in that 3 months 2 days) and taken termination on 13/10/2012.I passed CA ipcc group-II in may 2012. After furnishing form 109 ,a termination letter has been received from the ICAI disclosing that i had taken an excess leave of 52 days.again i joined in another audit firm on 01/02/2013.My query is that which attempt i will be eligible for ca final examinations-november 2014 or may 2015. reply as soon as possible with reasons.

06 September 2013 You are eligible for May 2015 attempt because of you didn't complete your 30 months of articleship training as on 1-11-2014 it will be complete by 1-1-2015 so you are eligible for May 2015 attempt.
