how can I get degree in one year privetly

Can any one guide me on ATC Certificate.

I have registered for both the groups of IPCC & have clear my group 1.
Now if i apply for ATC certificate, Would i be eligible for appearing for group 2 later on??
I have completed 2 years of article ship.
would my article ship of 3 year count for both the courses(ATC & Group 2)??

I'm CA IPCC (direct entry) student. I want to manage articleship and study. So, help me regarding preparation and provide best study schedule. Because till i didn't study at all and i need to do self study. I have november 2014 attempt.

my self santosh student of icsi i have passed my cs (prof progm)in the month dec 2012 examination as per my school records my name is mentioned as santosh but my actul name is santosh jagtap that's way i,m going for name change procedure in a official gazzate notification so pls kindly guide me to enter the changes in my icsi records till now i have not taken membership. i intend to change my name or correct entry in icsi records before i take my membership so pls guide me

my ipcc attempt is in nay 2014. which all subjects should I start first? 2hrs self study (excluding classes of 7hrs) till january is enough? and 12hrs frm feb to may. is it enough to pass ipcc bth grps?

if ipcc is qualified in 3rd attempt getting rank then big firms & mnc's accept anyone ?

except Funancial reporting, I have performed well in all other subjects of group 1. in Financial Reporting, I have solved around 70 marks but I m not sure about their correctness. I am estimating marks around 35. people are saying since the paper was tough, marking will be liberal and extra marks will be awarded. is it so ? pls guide.
