sir, I want to know whether a CA can deny transfer within first year of articleship. What all steps one can take in order to fet transfer from that office.

I have recd a job offer on the qualification of my C.A. inter.

They have asked me for the CTC, ECTC & notice period.

What does that meas?

And how should I reply so that I can get a job?

i Am ca finalist my attempt for fianl is May 2017 . when Should i stared classes for final and what plans of study should i follow. As i have to go for video classes.

I have completed my 8 months of articleship altogether. At my present office, I have spend about 2 months and now I want transfer from the firm because of the bad behaviour of the boss and the abusive language used by him while talking. But as I asked him for giving me transfer, he said that he hadn't given any transfer within his 35 years of practise, so its his theory of not giving transfer to any article. Once anyone has been admitted, he will remain there till the completion of his tenure. So I request you to pls help me out on this issue. What can I do on a safer side to get transfer from this firm. Pls help me out.

I joined for articleship on 05/09/2012.My training as per institute record is due for completion on 05/09/2015.But I have to serve training upto 18/11/2015, as I have taken extra leave .

Please guide me when the training period complete and when should I submit completion certificate to Form 108 to institute
