12 June 2015 I have completed 8 months of articleship.
I want to take transfer.
I am aware that as per Institute guidelines,there are no restrictions during 1st year of articleship.
However my firm is refusing to give transfer citing internal rules.They say transfer is 'banned'.
I am currently registered in a partnership firm where my Principal has no say. He simply agrees with the other partners who are on the execution front.
What should I do?Please help.

17 June 2015 unless ur ca doesnt sign u cant get a valid transfer from ur firm even in first year...try to convince him anyhow
