12 June 2015 hi every one i have registered for ipcc direct entry under provisional registration thinking i would clear my b.com but i failed and i heard that my final year cirtificate should be submitted by 6 months from the date of exam,which i cannot do. will my application be cancelled and my fees is wasted.or can i submit it again later
