hi sir i want to take termination 4m my boss because he is saying me to go to audit on 2'0clock n by the time iam reaching home it is 11'0clock .what should i do to take termination sir ?i have served him 4 six months sir?along with form 109, i should submit form 102,103,112.is it true sir ?n what can i do if he wont give me termination sir?pls answer sir .thank u advance.

pls any one provide me the process of change my prinicipal.

i know it is 109 but confirm any other forms, i found no details regarding new principle in 109 do i need to send the application again.

Can CS qualified guy pursue CA course. Is there any rule which prohibits him/her to study the course when already he/she is a qualified CS. And also can you please let me know for how many hours a day an article student can work if he/she qualifies IPCC.

I gave CA final Nov-2008
2 yrs completed in 06-09-2008
leave taken with mutual consent for at least 4months with no payments for 6 months from CA.
During the leave period i attended office 2 to 3 days in week for work.
now wanto to take transfer by giving full details of leave in Form109

will it affect my result? it will be hold back byICAI

MY QUWRY IS:-

1. Now, can he switch over to IPCC NOV 2009?


2. Only one part or both parts?

3. When he will be eligible for Finals?

4. When his article ship will be completed?

5. For study course – any classroom study provided by the institute at Jaipur.

6. Syllabus (course contents and level of subject) is same for PCC & IPCC.

7. Study material supplied by the Board of Studies for PCC will be used for IPCC or sapearate material will be supplied for IPCC.

8. FEE TO BE PAID - IF FEE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION TO PCC WILL BE ADJUSTED IF YES UPTO WHAT EXTENT.
