my guestion is - I want to take transfer from my present chartered accountant having no valid ground, can i take transfer without any reason and for your information it has been 15 months since m ungoing training with my present employer.

I wanna which forms should i fill and submit to the icai?

Is it only form 109,103 or there are other forms also. if yes, what are they?

In which page as per the form present in icai.org>student>forms>form 109; should the new employee sign and where wiill be his info displayed.

I am an article pursuing Articleship in Mumbai and want to take the transfer at Indore.
Can I take the transfer according to the new notification and do I have to show the Parents Job Transfer even when my father is a businessman?

As per the latest guidelines, how does one get enrolled for CA after 10th or 12th and when does the person undergo articles and when would he or she be eligible to take the final exams, is after the articles or during the articles. What is the article period.Will it be after completing inter or before.

I am a MBA graduate and currently wworking in own famile Business.

But, now i also wish to pursue CA while carrying out with my Job/Business. I am confused about the Articleship/ Training which a CA candidate underatakes for about 3 years.

Please guide about the options / alternatives i would have for pursuing CA while working.

Can anybody pls tell me if we will be asked questions about service tax of certain specific services in PCC.
Last time there was question of option for insurer to pay servicetax at special Rate. Such questions are they stopped?
There was some unclear information in the newsletter that questions wont be asked about individual services

my final attempt due in may 2010, I am yet not passing CA Pcc examination if I shall pass the Pcc examination in June 2009 attempt than I am able or not to register for CA final May 2010.
Please give information about time limit for CA Final registration.

I hve registered me in last april 08 for final course.I hve received registration letter but i hve not received my I-card till today so wht to do...Is there may be any prob in completion of training?
