Sir, I am the student of ICAI. I have completed 18 months practical training and take leave for 10(6+4)months for exams excluding 18 month trining. Can you tell me about how much leave is allowed under article training? How much my practicle training is left if I have registered as article assistant 28 (18+10)months ago. What is the requirements of Industrial Trainee? How much stipened is given to industrial trainees now in these days? Is industrial training of ICWAI is equivalent to ICAI industrial training? Sir, please guide me Thanks in advance.

Answers. 1. An article is allowed 1/6 of period served as leave.
2. a PCC student need to under go 42 months training so remaining 27 months(42-18) training is left , after which you can appear for Final.
3. The stipend given to industrial trainee depends on the organization , in which you are engage. However the minimum ceiling is same as given in form No. 103.
4.In CWA industrial training is provided in a industry engaged in manufacturing and special in the filed of cost ascertainments, controlling etc, IN VA the Ind. Training is provided in filed of A/cing, taxation etc. But both have value on the basis of the profession you want to opt after your Final exam.
