I am an article pursuing Articleship in Mumbai and want to take the transfer at Indore.
Can I take the transfer according to the new notification and do I have to show the Parents Job Transfer even when my father is a businessman?
Please let me guide about it.

If you are in your first 6 month or last 12 month of articleship, you can take transfer.

you can get transfer if you are taking transfer due to rerason specified by ICAI in its announcement viz. transfer of earing partner to other city or medical problem.

you can get transfer , if the date of transfer is on or before 27/ march or you send the form 109, 120 on or before 30 APril.
