I would like to know about the following:

1.if my transfer form is signed after March 27, will it be valid or not.

2. i have converted from PCC to IPCC. After i pass the first group, do i have to work under the same CA or can i get a transfer done after that.

Sir, I have terminated my articleship on 9thFebruary2009 and now i am not doing articleship anywhere(means not re-register anywhere).My attempt(PCC) will held on june2009.I have completed my articleship for 21 months and wantS to join after june exam(re-register after exam).
Is it right decision or not??
Please give me a suggession about this as soon as possible.

What is the Work Diary?
what is that priscribed form? and Profarma of the form?

The firm in which i am article has 7 partners.
Head Office in Haryana and branch offices in delhi and bhopal.
one of the partner under whome i am registered has now resigned from the firm from jan 2009.( office at Bhopal )
Now he has started a new firm under his name in BHOPAL.
I am still working in delhi office.
please tell me what should i do
my principal is in Bhopal office and i work at delhi office
is it permissable.

i want to know upto how many students i do not need to get registration of service tax.

I am the student of ICAI. I have completed 18 months practical training and take leave for 10(6+4)months for exams excluding 18 month trining. Can you tell me about how much leave is allowed under article training? How much my practicle training is left if I have registered as article assistant 28 (18+10)months ago.
