27 April 2009 As per new guidelines by ICAI regarding transfers there are restrictions in it.Only when a student parents are shifting because of their transfer and for medical reasons only then student will be allowed to take transfer otherwise no transfer are allowed.Am i correct in it?What abt Industrial Training ? If a student has completed 2 years then only he can go for Industrial Training.If a student has taken study leave and 2 years are getting completed when the student is under the study leave is he allowed to go for Industrial Training or should complete 2 year?Are there any new restrictions for Industrial Training?

27 April 2009 First of all you are right, but Student can take transfer for industrial Training during last year i.e after completing 2.5 year of article(if u are in PCC ) or after 2 years (if you are in PR-2 or IPCC). however one you have registered for industrial training tou can not leave it before its completion
