The firm in which i am article has 7 partners.
Head Office in Haryana and branch offices in delhi and bhopal.
one of the partner under whome i am registered has now resigned from the firm from jan 2009.( office at Bhopal )
Now he has started a new firm under his name in BHOPAL.
I am still working in delhi office.
please tell me what should i do
my principal is in Bhopal office and i work at delhi office
is it permissable.
Please suggest me

You can continue with old pricipal in the new firm and you need not submit the forms again.
If you choose to transer to the same firm then it will be very tougher for you since now the transfer of articles form one principle to another principle is not very easy.
