i am pcc student.i completed my 1 year of article ship.should i able to get transfer?

I am the student of ICAI. I have completed 2 years of artical training.My problem is that due to family problem,I cann't able to continue my artical training.I will given the PCC grop-2 in June 2009.Sir Can I able to take break from artical training now and appear in Nov,2009 for group-1 exam.If yes, then what formalities will required to done and from whom I have required to signed my examination form.

I want to know in detail how one should audit service tax

The new rule set by our institute,that our tution timings should not be after 9.30 am and before 5.30 pm,i m not getting this.I mean a C.A. student,e.g., i am in pcc,so i get 18 mnths to prepare myself for my eligible attempt and during this period i have to do the practical training also.Now,We have 6 subjects..and we have to plan our studies and tutions as per our training.In these circumstances,a student manages very hectic schedule of its tutions,training and other activities also.so,dont u think its a totally unfare to a student doin C.A.I agree ICAI is framin rules just for the wellfare of the country and students,but...now i m facing problem of tutions.where i want to join, i can't,just because of this rule.
KINDLY HELP ME PLEASE....!!!!!!!!!!

What is the date of N0V,09 CA final exam? Is there any gap between exam or not?

Pls clarify the below.

I passed my Gr2 final in 1998.I attempted Gr1 in 1999 once and in 2001 once but didnot clear.I am planning to give the nov '09 exam.One of my friend told that if i don't clear Gr1 in Nov'09 which is the last attempt under old syllabus , the Gr2 that i cleared in 1998 is also not valid and that i have to appear for both the groups in new syllabus in the coming exams?.Is it true.
Do i need to revalidate my CA final regn becos its more than 10 yrs now?.What is the procedure for the same.

can anyone plz give me full details of the detailed book of munish bhandari for business law ethics & communication.( not a hand book) for ipcc. bcz hand book is diffirent from detailed book. no book is available of this author in my city and i ave to give order to purchase that book. therefore give me full details of that book.
