I have cleared the first group of PE-II, in November-2001 and completed my articleship tranning in 1996. I have subsequently appearing in group second of PE-II, till May 2009. Kindly guide about to convert myself for IPCC/ATC or is it possible to appearing the PE-II group in May/November 2010.If I convert to IPCC/ATC which is the best option for me, Kindly suggest??

Recently i came yo know that in the up-coming budget our finance minster is planning to introduce new bill for income tax. i just want to know that would this change make our past knowledge of income tax useless or not. i want to know that what kind of changes our finance minster would like to introduce. What about ols sections and provisions. Although i have passed my pcc but not wid good marks.

Now i am planning to be expertise in tax so should i wait for new bill or can i continue with old syllabus?

I want to know if there would be a separate merit list for CA Final (old) and New Course for May,2010 exams. Because for June, 2009 exams the institute had not given the merit list of CA final (New) course.
