Respected Sir,
I have cleared the first group of PE-II, in November-2001 and completed my articleship tranning in 1996. I have subsequently appearing in group second of PE-II, till May 2009. Kindly guide about to convert myself for IPCC/ATC or is it possible to appearing the PE-II group in May/November 2010.If I convert to IPCC/ATC which is the best option for me, Kindly suggest??

I Suggest to convert you to IPCC /ATC Its better option for u as u no need to do articles and then Ipcc Final U can give before only

according to me you should keep continue in PE-2 and try to pass 2ed group.
