I HAD MY 1ST ATTEMPT IN NOV 2009. I HAVE GIVEN BOTH GROUPS IN NOV. BUT I PASSED ONLY IN 1ST GROUP WITH 151 MARKS. I GOT 141 MARKS IN 2ND GROUP. MY FRIENDS ARE ADVISING ME FOR FILLING SCRUTINY FORM FOR 2ND GROUP.BUT I M NOT INTERESTED IN THAT. BCOZ I HAVE NOT HEARD THAT INSTITUTE MAKE ANY CHANGES IN ITS RESULT. WHAT SHOULD I DO

I AM QUITING THE CA COURSE & ADVISING THE NEW STUDENT NOT ENTER THE CA COURSE BECAUSE ICAI IS LIKE A MONSTER HE ONLY WANT A MONEY & CHEAP BONDED LABOUR?

MY MESSAGE TO ALL NEW ONE NOT TO JOIN THE CA COURSE BECAUSE ICAI NOT WANTED THE BETER CA THEY WANT ONLY MONEY & DESTROYING THE LIFE OF STUDENT BY IMPLEMENTING THE 3&1/2 YERS GULAMI UNDER THE CA.

sir, inspite of doing hard work, i m not able to pass ca final 2nd group.i already passed 1st group of ca final.i m preparing from following books :-

1)cost -- study material of icai,scanner,took coaching from mohali.

2) Direct taxes-- Vinod gupta notes

3)Indirect Taxes-- Ajay jain notes

4)MICS-- Rajnish Mittal notes( tutor in chandigarh)

sir,pls guide me. i m in a great difficulty

I THINKING THAT I DESTROYED MY LIFE FOR CHOOSING THE CA COURSE I AM VERY FRUSTRETED IF I CHOOSE ANOTHER COURSE IS BETTER FOR MY FUTER I WASTED 2&1/2YEAR?

SUCH RESULT ISSUE BY ICAI I THINKING THAT QUIT THE CA COURSE AFTER WASTED 2&1/2 YEARS BY DOING A PEON JOB BUT EARN LESS THAN THE PEON THAT IS ONLY Rs.1000?

I AM TOTALLY DISPOINTED WITH THE RESULT,I THINK TAHT I WASTED 2&1/2YERS FOR CA COURSE?

I got passing marks in individual subject, but m fail to get agreegate......what i do now???????? m thinkig to convert PCC tO IPCC becouse my CA avoid to give exam leave for my next attempt........i taken only one month leave to my PCC preparation (i,e Nov 09 exam)Please sugest me ...........

Please let me know what is the rule to claim exemption.
I have got 84 Marks in Accounts and 60 in Law but scored only 29 Marks in Audit so now can I get exemption or not in 2 papers.
