sir, inspite of doing hard work, i m not able to pass ca final 2nd group.i already passed 1st group of ca final.i m preparing from following books :-
1)cost -- study material of icai,scanner,took coaching from mohali.
2) Direct taxes-- Vinod gupta notes
3)Indirect Taxes-- Ajay jain notes
4)MICS-- Rajnish Mittal notes( tutor in chandigarh)
sir,pls guide me. i m in a great difficulty

Dear Friend,
you are doing good its your hard luck that you have not get success.
You must be aware of all the tips as you have cleared 1st group & appeared for 2nd, but its a good thing that still you want to improve yourself, Some points which in my opinion is imp.
1)Cost - Prepare theory in good manner because theory covers around 35 to 40 marks which we don't prepare & we used to give maximum time for practicles.
2)Direct Taxes - Sh. Vinod gupta's notes is the best one, but summerise those in your way, revise the samall topics first in exam time.
3)Indirect Taxes - Cover Mr. Ajay Jain's solved question bank also which is the most imp. thing because that will give you the understanding of How to write the answer of a particular question & that will also give you the better understanding of Indirect taxes.
4)MICS - Don't write the answer in a paragraph manner, Try to creat points to answer the questions for that you have to practice before the exams.
