In his EXAMINATION form for Nov '10 he has signed a option to complete ITT before exam but now since he has to study he wants to quit current ITT batch and join later .

Can he do so . There is a option for IPCC students to complete before articles .

I wanted to transfer my articleship to other location which exceeds the distance of 50 Kms from present location.The reason being there is no frequent transport available as i stay in a village area and the condition of daily route is very bad and in this circumstances I have to travel 54 km up and 54km down daily to go at my present workplace.I have already finished my 1 1/2 year of articleship.Please suggest for the same.

I am having a manufacturing plant at Gujarat. As a practice we issue credit or debit notes on monthly or quartely basis. In the Credit notes we will also charge VAT/CST as applicable.

My question is Can we sign these credit Notes thr. Digital Signature instead of mannual signing.

hi...I'm a student of IPCC scheme having my 1st attempt in nov 2010...'m also doing my graduation(3rd Year)...most probably my graduation exams r gonna clash wit my CA exams.
in case i attend oly 1 paper n happen to get an exemption in that paper which i've attended wil i b able to carry the exemption even if i dont attend the rest 3 papers in that group...or is it compulsory to attend all the papers to carry the exemption for the next attempt

I have sufficient experience as laid down in CS Regulations for exempting 15 months training. Then , Will I also be exempted from EDP ( Executive Development Programme) . I am a student who got registered before 2008.
Please advice me.
