my training is completed on 20.2.2012. my training is extended about 10 months. i want to take transfer from my old ca after the completion of my training period i.e. 20.2.2012 & i want to join remaining extended aricleship under new ca. Can my old ca force me to spend my remainig extended period in his office? if no, then what action i can take to get transfer

I am Dinesh and i am going to pursue for ipcc exams in may 2012 and till now i have not joined any classes nor i have started studying any subjects at home. but i am thinking to join classes in month of November 2011. I just want to ask should i join classes for both the groups or only 1st group of ipcc. please give me a solution and also suggest me some time table so that i could start studying now onwards. i am not working anywhere full day i am at my home. i need time table for each subjects.

Can a student appearing for 12th exams in March,12 register for and appear in June,12 CS Foundation exam?

with reffed to the above subject i have made wrong payment of exam fee one of my friends. i had sent full details of that payment to icai delhi one month back. Can i refund that amount?
