28 September 2011 hi, i am in a fix as to which book to do law from for CA Finals, i heard monish bhandari is a good book but im not very comfortable with the writing. can u please suggest some book?

28 September 2011 Well Munish Bhandari is the best book for C Final. I think start making your own notes of imp topics.

Also discuss the topics with your friends to re call the provision easily.

Also use corporate law bare act and ICAI study for law preparation.

28 September 2011 arnt there any other books? i studies MP vijay kumar in pcc and im kind off used to his format of writing ( not question and answers). hence the issue

28 September 2011 If not M.Bhandari then take Jayraman Sir book. But the format will not so good as the same is class book and not available for sale. So try to get a photocopy from friends.
