my training is completed on 20.2.2012. my training is extended about 10 months. i want to take transfer from my old ca after the completion of my training period i.e. 20.2.2012 & i want to join remaining extended aricleship under new ca. Can my old ca force me to spend my remainig extended period in his office? if no, then what action i can take to get transfer

old ca firm can't force for spend ur remainig extended period in his office.
U can Apply to ICAI in a plane paper for transfer with the reason to transfer and submit it to ICAI and remember it should be signed by ur CA otherwise it is not considered
