27 September 2011 with reffed to the above subject i have made wrong payment of exam fee one of my friends. i had sent full details of that payment to icai delhi one month back. Can i refund that amount?

01 October 2011 It is mentioned on the 1st screen of online payment, and also in prospectus that if once anyone paid fees he/she can't claim for refund of fees whatever it is wrong ,right or double payment........and for further clarification post ur quary to esahayta at icai website..........
