Hello Professionals...Now i am pursuing CS & LLB ....Assume it that I finished LLB and started practicing..then later I finished CS .and want to act as company secretary..so as per rule I want to surrender Advocate practice certificate in order to practice CS ...My doubt is after surrendering ...shall I again act as advocate ???..Any limitations???

hello everyone..i have completed my articleship on 11-4-2016 and due to exams i have submitted form 108 with late fee on 24-5-2016..till date i haven't got any letter from icai..but i came to know that a copy to my office hassent by icai dated 6-6-2016.i came on 7-9-2016..now what is the procedure do i need to follow without any condened by icai..please help me out..do i need to submitt both forms 102 & 103..and do i need to make stamp or non-judicial agrrement paper for form 102..please reply fast..thanking you

I want to do Gmcs I I in September 2016 .when I went to the online registration site for gmcs, it shows me 2 options GMCS and GMCS I I, when I select GMCS I I as my option it shows error .But when I select GMCS as my option it shows me 3 batches ( 2 September batch - GMCS & one November batch named as GMCS I I 7th batch.I have heard that nomenclature Gmcs I I has been changed to GMCS.
Please check the online registration site and help me out whether I can register for September batch or not ( In short whether GMCS I I & GMCS are same)

I got Exemption in Ipcc 1st group in LAW papaer in MAY 2016. I Apllied Nov 2016 exams but in my exam application form( online mode) , i didn't mention details about the exemption. In this regarding May i eligible or not exemption of that paper?...if not eligible, what is the procedure for taking that exemption? pls advise me...
