Hello Professionals...Now i am pursuing CS & LLB ....Assume it that I finished LLB and started practicing..then later I finished CS .and want to act as company secretary..so as per rule I want to surrender Advocate practice certificate in order to practice CS ...My doubt is after surrendering ...shall I again act as advocate ???..Any limitations???

The license to practice as a lawyer is based on the bar council permission and practicing as a Company Secretary is based on Certificate of Practice issued by ICSI. You can not hold the licenses during the course of your practice and give up either one of them.
