I have already applied for membership on 07.09.2016 in FORM 2. But now i am interested in cop which form i fill for cop because i am new member have not any membership no as per guideline of new member cannot send form 6. please suggest what i do

09 September 2016 Dear Vandana, U need to wait for your membership number as without that u cannot apply for COP. Hope your query is resolved

09 September 2016 Ideally only Form 2 would have sufficed the need of both Membership cum COP - but now that you have already submitted Form 2, just call up the Decentralized Office some time next week and tell them you have applied for Membership and sent the Form 2 and now intend to take up COP, they will assign you a temporary control number and keep that as the reference number to quote in Form 6 or you must convince them to give the Membership number in order to apply for COP. If your closer to your Decentralized Office, then it can happen usually by meeting them in person to discuss your issue.

Otherwise, you have to wait the normal procedure of getting your Membership Number and only then proceed to apply for COP in Form 6.
