12 September 2016 I want to quit ca because I am not physically fit to go to office and do my internship.
I am in 3rd year of my internship period and My eyes are not well.It has corneal damage and flotaters with blurry vision.
My right leg is also disable.It has ligament tear near my knee. Doctors asked me not to walk,stand,run,jump,and travel for long distances.
I told my CA all thses with medical reports. He clicked the pics of my reports and told me that he will show them to my relative who is a doctor in punjab.
After some days he told me that he(his relative) told him that reports are normal and he can continue the office.
Now he is saying me that he will not give him leaves for examinations and will ruin the remaining internship period.
Plzz give me the solution regarding this.

12 September 2016 what if icai respond in favour my ca? and what if icai gives me permission for termination will it delay my attempt?

13 September 2016 and sir will it delay my final attempt it is due in may 2017 but i will give in nob 17? will it delay my nov attempt too??

13 September 2016 I'll suggest not to quit, instead write a letter to ICAI, showing all the matters, that how ur Principal is torturing u. I m sure that result will go in ur favour only. All the best dear.
