Hi, I have started my articleship from 20th Nov'11 after my exams. And have cleared my both groups of IPCC in Nov'11 attempt which result was declared on 9th feb'12. So , could this period from my exams given till the result declared tenure will be counted in my article ship period or not and when would my final attempt would fall either in May'14.

I have cleared 1st group of ca final in may 2007. Afterwards i wrote 2nd group three times. I wrote my last exam in nov. 2010 failed in costing got only 182 marks in aggregate. I have a kid of 4 years and staying abroad with my family. I am not able to sit and study properly with concentration. I am not yet started my preparations intensively. I just started isca. Main problem i could not recollect the portions which i studied yesterday the next day.Also I have soft copy of study materials and practice manuals. No other books with me. i want to write my exams in may 2012. What strategy should i follow to clear this time? How should i plan my studies? Is it possible to study within 70 days? costing is easy paper for me to study but failed in that every time.What should i do to score good marks in that? How to study ISCA very tough subject for me?

A CONCERN HAS FILED SERVICE TAX RETURN OF APRIL TO SEP 2010 , BUT THE SERVICE TAX AS CALCULATED BY THE CONCERN IS NOT PROPER , THE PAYABLE AMOUNT IS NOW CALCULATED AND IT IS ABOVE WHAT HAS BEEN DEPOSITED AND FILED IN THE RETURN.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT I CAME TO KNOW THIS FACT NOW ON 01.03.2012, AND AFTER APR - SEP-2010 NO RETURN HAS BEEN FILED NOR ANY SERVICE TAX AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID?

WHATS THE REMEDY AND APPLICABLE PENALTY?

I have joined article training in a firm from 21.4.2011 to 27.9.2011 by taking a leave of 50 days.Then i joined in a another firm in bhubaneswar on 2.10.2011.How many days of leave i will get for my final exam.

Can any one give me past papers of IPCC only group 2 question paper

I have cleared IPCC both groups in May'2011 & I have registered my final cum articles on 22/10/2011 but so far I have not received any response from Institute side. So how can I know about my registration for final.

I have passed my Ipcc 1st group and undergoing an articleship training. I am going to appear for group 2 of Ipcc in may 2012. I wanted to know how many days leave can i avail for this?

How much maximum leave can be availed in overall period of 3 years?

I have completed my CA final exam in Nov 2011,i have done M.com. externally with articleship,when i have applied for Membership ,the council has sent me an email that i have not file form 112for permission of council to do other courses along with ca.AS i have done M.com.externally i think that i was not required to submit form 112 as i have not go to college during my articleship hours.PLease any one help me to give me clarification whether i was require to submit Form 112 or not?if yes then now,i have to submit with Rs.1000 along with application for condonation of delay to institute.

i want to know the procedure for registering articleship?
what is tha amount to be paid to institute?
