2. CAN I ATTEND TUITIONS OF LAW & AUDITING CLASSES OF MAY 2012 FOR WRITING EXAMS IN NOVEMBER 2012?

I'm a student of CA Final and had completed my 1st year of article ship on 21 dec 2011..And I'm registered in Bhiwadi, District Alwar (Rajasthan).

I live in Bhiwadi with my Mother,on Rent
and now I have to take tranfer to Alwar (90 Kms from Bhiwadi)the reason is My Grandmother, 90+ years old A Doctor is not feeling well
So My mother is to be sifted to alwar in our own resisdence,
IS it possible to take transfer on this ground.???

What are all possible documents which I have to send to CA Institute???

I have passed my group I of PE II from ICAI India in May 2004 & discontinued further due to some domestic issues and could not undergo article ship (Mandatory 3 years training) then. Started full time job as Internal Auditor ( since already a M.Com, CIA) outside India.
Now I would like continue my professional education towards completing CA from ICAI. So I need to complete 3 years articleship to appear CA-Final exam.

WHICH BOOK SHOULD B PREFERRED FOR CA FINAL DIRECT TAX

I am writing ICWA groupII this june,
But I just opened my book, not yet started to study intensively..
A dont know abc of costing, really much worried, whether I will be able to complete the portion and do the exams well..
I am working too, only after 9.30 or 10 i can start to study.. Daily also cant go for class, so joined sunday classes.
Only 2months more.. Give me some tips..

I hav studied 3 full accounting related Papers in MBA finance..Secured 75% Marks in MBA.

Im going to appear in June 2012 Exam.

I am 34 years old and enrolled for CPT this year. i am planning to pursue CA. But i have a doubt as whether i will get to do articleship or not at this age. CA firms always look for young aspirants for articleship, so is there any scope for people like me to get appointed in CA firms for articleship.
